Senior Sourcing Analyst – Mexico

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Analyst will support Natura’s sourcing function in Mexico, collaborating with planning, marketing, logistics and innovation teams to execute the category strategy and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with cross‑functional areas to implement and align the category strategy with business goals.
• Lead negotiations, manage RFQs, award decisions and follow‑up with suppliers, ensuring alignment with the strategy.
• Select and develop suppliers, expand the supplier base and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Achieve regional sourcing KPIs such as savings, purchase price variations, payment terms and sustainability targets.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery and service.
• Ensure legal contract processes comply with company policies.
• Maintain cost, availability, innovation and quality throughout sourcing plan creation and execution.
• Manage the category budget (cost‑book process) in line with regional parameters and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive alignment with business objectives.
• Track record of meeting savings and sustainability KPIs.
• Knowledge of contract administration and budget management.
