Senior Systems Administrator – Office 365

About the role

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Resideo's global Office 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft services. The role works closely with cross‑functional IT teams to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and a seamless end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and Copilot.
• Perform Exchange Online and on‑premises maintenance, migrations, and system design.
• Develop and document forward‑looking strategies, policies, and disaster‑recovery procedures for Office 365 services.
• Monitor service health, respond to third‑level requests, and coordinate with Microsoft support.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with network, security, and ITSM teams to align solutions with business requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing Office 365 in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities across multiple platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with engineers, managers, and business units.
• Fluent English communication.
