Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – LATAM

About the role

Roche is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment initiatives across Latin America. You will operate in a self‑organized, global environment, delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences while supporting the company’s mission to advance science and improve health.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end global recruiting process, customizing talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, candidate selection and offer negotiation.
• Act as a strategic partner and consultant to global teams, providing proactive sourcing and hiring solutions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to build and sustain high‑performing teams.
• Lead cross‑regional recruitment initiatives and manage complex transformation projects, recommending best practices.
• Collaborate with Rewards, People Services, Business Partnering, and People Relations to execute global recruitment strategies.
• Coach and mentor team members and global recruiting teams to drive organizational growth.
• Develop talent pipelines using advanced applicant tracking and sourcing tools, staying ahead of global recruitment trends.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 6 years of recruiting experience in corporate, biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Proven recruiting experience across multiple Latin American countries.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• High learning agility and ability to thrive in ambiguous, enterprise‑level situations.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques, direct sourcing and web recruitment tools.
• Offer process and systems management.
• Experience with various ATS platforms; Workday and Phenom preferred.
