Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

Trustonic is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to shape and evolve its customer technical engagement model. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer leadership to help strategic clients maximise the value of Trustonic’s secure smartphone solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑focused culture.
• Define and track individual and team objectives aligned with customer success and business outcomes.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development conversations.
• Establish operating frameworks, processes and best practices for consistent customer engagement.
• Create scalable playbooks covering technical support and account growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales and Delivery teams to shape customer strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Influence product direction and ensure delivery of secure technology solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership for complex customer challenges and guide adoption, operation and expansion of Trustonic solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading Technical Account Management or similar customer‑facing technical teams.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships with strategic accounts.
• Strategic thinker who can balance high‑level planning with hands‑on technical problem solving.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
