SEO Specialist

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking an SEO Specialist to lead strategy and execution for automotive client accounts. This remote position offers full ownership of SEO initiatives, allowing you to experiment, challenge assumptions, and directly impact rankings and traffic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic growth through on‑page SEO, advanced keyword research, technical optimizations, and site‑structure improvements.
• Use GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Profile to evaluate rankings, diagnose issues, and create actionable plans.
• Conduct internal linking audits, resolve keyword cannibalisation, perform competitor analyses, and implement local SEO and GEO strategies.
• Experiment with new SEO approaches and contribute to a testing‑focused team culture.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, even when challenging their assumptions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven ranking results.
• 2+ years of client‑facing agency experience, managing expectations and communicating SEO concepts.
• Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving abilities.
• Based in Latin America or Europe.
