SEO Specialist – Legal Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic SEO Specialist to join our Legal Marketing team. In this position you will optimize client websites, develop SEO strategies, and help legal firms improve their online visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics to boost organic rankings.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other tools, and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce optimized, high‑quality content.
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical SEO issues to improve site speed and crawlability.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align SEO work with broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• General understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for staying up‑to‑date on digital trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
