SIOP Leader

About the role

The SIOP Leader will own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by analysing demand, sales forecasts and outstanding orders. You will balance capacity, workforce, equipment and material availability to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet production targets for our automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Download finished‑goods demand from the MRP system and distribute it to cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze demand data, optimise volume and trigger actions on major demand fluctuations.
• Develop and present the M1+3 sales forecast at both managerial and global levels, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support SIOP forecasters and establish production planning strategies that respect capacity and raw‑material constraints.
• Upload production plans into the MRP system and ensure accurate D1 interface data across orders, demand, sales input, production, shipment and revenue.
• Track finished‑goods sales, communicate updates to teams and create action plans to meet sales targets.
• Provide short‑term (M1+3) and long‑term (M5‑M24) forecasts and prepare the SIOP deck for global meetings.
• Escalate improvement opportunities for the D1 interface to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) or demand/production planning.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret forecasts, capacity constraints and inventory impacts.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting forecasts to managerial and global audiences.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Industrial Engineering, Materials Control and HR.
