Site Controller

About the role

Magna is seeking a Site Controller to lead financial management for its Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group. The role will ensure accurate accounting, financial planning and cash flow management to support the company’s automotive technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and safeguard company assets and ensure proper internal controls.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, financial planning and tax planning.
• Maintain and optimize cash flow and working capital, including managing credit lines.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost and profitability reports.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to detect deviations and opportunities.
• Coordinate accounting, cost calculation and pricing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control and cash flow management.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audits and regulatory compliance.
