Site Doctor – Corporate Clinic

About the role

The Site Doctor is responsible for delivering medical care to employees at the company’s on‑site clinic, ensuring health protection and coordinating any necessary referrals to external hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary medical services to employees, including examinations, treatment, and health advice.
• Refer employees to hospitals or specialists when further care is required.
• Prepare and submit a monthly purchase order for medical supplies.
• Compile and deliver a monthly medical report to the Administrative Officer.
• Maintain employee health records and promote workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Current, valid medical doctor license.
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• 1–2 years of professional medical experience, preferably in occupational health or corporate clinic settings.
• Strong analytical and financial awareness to manage supply budgets and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Competent use of personal computers and email for documentation and reporting.
