About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a creative, internet‑obsessed Social Media Intern to join its Regional Social Media Marketing team. You will help shape the brand’s online presence, work with creators, and support hyper‑local campaigns across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Community Management: engage followers, spark conversations, and turn casual scrollers into brand evangelists.
• Influencer Marketing Management: source, approve, and review local and macro‑influencers, manage outreach pipelines, and ensure content aligns with brand goals.
• City‑Based Campaigns: assist in brainstorming and executing hyper‑targeted, city‑specific campaigns to drive offline‑to‑online engagement.
• Agency Coordination: act as a bridge between the internal team and paid‑media agency, coordinating boosting and paid social efforts for top‑performing organic content.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
