Social Media Manager – Beauty

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who is passionate about beauty and community building. The role is remote, supporting U.S. beauty brands, and combines strategic planning with hands‑on content execution across Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the social media strategy for beauty clients, focusing on the U.S. market.
• Oversee and support content creation, especially for Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage large‑scale accounts (100K–1M+ followers) and drive audience growth.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strong storytelling and brand direction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, digital culture, and platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong background in the beauty industry and experience with top beauty brands.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or agencies is strongly preferred.
• High level of English fluency and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for content creation.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.
