About the role
Google is seeking a Social Media Manager for Consumer Apps Marketing to drive audience growth and engagement for large‑scale consumer brands. The role blends creative storytelling with data‑driven strategy, requiring fluency in English and a passion for AI‑enabled tools.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across social, on‑network and off‑network media channels to achieve business results.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure all content and campaigns reflect the Google brand.
- Use data and audience insights to uncover new marketing opportunities.
- Analyze, track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to generate multiple creative concepts and prototypes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in growth, performance, direct‑response, social, digital, cloud, or events marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills to support client relationships.
- Mexican citizenship (required by local labor law).
