Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized and creative Social Media Manager to join our remote team. The role is full‑time and will support luxury‑focused client accounts while collaborating closely with our creative and advertising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram accounts (primary) and support YouTube and LinkedIn when needed.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, reels and stories according to monthly content calendars.
• Produce basic video edits using CapCut and design graphics with Canva.
• Assist the Ads team with campaign follow‑ups and monitor performance.
• Review CRM data, track leads and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Experience in tourism, luxury hospitality, real estate, architecture or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Cancún, Playa del Carmen or Tulum.
