Social Media Manager

About the role

Join U‑Studio, OLIVER’s award‑winning in‑house agency for Unilever, to own Dove’s social presence in Mexico City. You will plan, create, publish and optimise content across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, ensuring the brand consistently engages its audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social content calendars for Dove, balancing planned, campaign and reactive posts.
• Schedule and publish content, adhering to brand guidelines, platform specifications and accessibility standards.
• Write and adapt copy for each platform, preserving Dove’s tone of voice.
• Coordinate with creative teams and external creators to deliver assets on time and in the correct format.
• Support the Senior Social Media Manager in planning always‑on content, campaign activations and seasonal launches.
• Monitor daily channel activity, respond to community interactions and track performance metrics.
• Produce regular performance reports highlighting reach, engagement and brand affinity growth.

Required profile

• Highly organised and culturally fluent with a genuine passion for social media.
• Deep understanding of content dynamics on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to spot trends early and translate them into timely content.
• Comfortable managing calendars, pulling reports and drafting reactive posts.
