Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to shape our brand’s voice across the internet. This fully remote position requires a fast‑moving creator who can produce viral, platform‑native content and keep pace with the 24/7 rhythm of Web3 and internet culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end narrative distribution on all social channels, turning product launches into high‑impact posts.
• Script, design and ship high‑velocity content including text threads, memes and short‑form multimedia assets.
• Monitor real‑time trends and execute rapid content pivots to keep the brand at the center of conversation.
• Track impressions, engagement and conversion metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Maintain a consistent, razor‑sharp brand voice across every public touchpoint.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to align announcements with launch schedules.

Required profile

• Deep fluency in internet‑native culture, social algorithms and narrative framing.
• Ability to work at high speed using modern creative toolkits.
• Availability to monitor and publish content seven days a week.
• Native understanding of Web3 communities and terminology.
• Highly organized and self‑motivated to manage a multi‑channel publishing matrix.
