Software Developer (Laravel/PHP) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong Laravel and PHP expertise to join our remote team. You will play a key part in maintaining and evolving a long‑term SaaS platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Implement new features, perform system maintenance, and support platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, production issues, and technical challenges.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute improvement ideas.
• Assist with API integrations and backend service development.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including exploration of AI‑related workflows.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Laravel.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and database optimization.
• Experience working with APIs and backend integrations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective English communication in a remote collaborative environment.
