Software Engineer – C/C++ & Linux

About the role

3Pillar is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join its AI transformation team. You will work on cutting‑edge projects that span urban living, media channels, and healthcare, delivering high‑performance, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop efficient, testable, and secure client code in C/C++.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.
• Gather and validate requirements, maintain documentation, and follow the current development methodology.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Own projects from technical design through successful launch.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in C/C++ development.
• Strong background in multithreaded programming and network protocols.
• 3+ years working in a Linux environment.
• 2+ years using containerized environments.
• Experience building medium‑to‑large software systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Fluent English communication skills.
