Software Engineer MTS

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a motivated Software Engineer MTS to join its IT organization in Mexico City. You will design, develop, and deliver high‑performing applications on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners to support large‑scale projects and new feature development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications on Salesforce using force.com and Apex.
• Design scalable frameworks for web applications on desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with architects and lead engineers to define solution architecture.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test suites aiming for high test coverage.
• Champion best practices in Agile, SDLC, and code quality.
• Diagnose, track, and resolve quality issues throughout the development lifecycle.
