Sourcing Site Leader

About the role

The Sourcing Site Leader will drive cost‑out initiatives, ensure optimal material procurement and lead supplier performance across both direct and indirect spend. Reporting to Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division, the role partners with engineering, production, operations and finance to deliver measurable savings and supply‑chain resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute cost‑reduction projects, VAVE initiatives and site‑specific negotiations.
• Lead supplier market analysis, qualification for RFQs and monitor on‑time delivery, quality and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional owners to prioritize productivity, cost, quality and service improvements.
• Manage data analysis to uncover improvement opportunities and track sourcing savings.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and uphold ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• 2‑3 years of project‑management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in cost‑out events and supplier negotiations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
