Sr. Manager, Global People Services for the Americas

About the role

The Sr. Manager of Global People Services (GPS) for the Americas leads day‑to‑day HR service delivery across Canada, the United States, Mexico and Peru. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, consistent HR support while driving continuous improvement through data, AI‑enabled solutions and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily GPS operations across the Americas, executing service‑delivery priorities and improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership to the GPS team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement best practices.
• Leverage Workday, AI, automation and self‑service tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Develop dashboards and operational reports to monitor trends, service quality and support data‑driven decisions.
• Maintain and improve knowledge‑management assets such as SOPs, FAQs and service content.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs and business leaders to standardize processes, identify pain points and optimize employee‑lifecycle experiences.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, performance metrics and capacity models to ensure service excellence.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects focused on operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in HR operations, service delivery or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of implementing process improvements and technology solutions.
