Sr Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead capacity and resource allocation for our Managed Services squads. The role supports the delivery of agentic customer experience solutions for leading consumer and entertainment brands, working remotely or from our Santiago office.

Key responsibilities

• Track capacity, utilisation, and workload balance across squads, providing forward‑looking forecasts.
• Monitor hours consumption against retainer allocations, flagging discrepancies early.
• Identify delivery risks (timeline slippage, bottlenecks, scope creep) and coordinate mitigation with squad and tech leads.
• Manage squad delivery processes: maintain backlogs, track sprint progress, and coordinate ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Partner with the London‑based Senior PM to align client commitments with internal capacity.
• Support the Director of Managed Services with operational reporting on utilisation, team health, and portfolio status.
• Maintain documentation hygiene in tools such as Jira, Notion, and Tempo.
• Contribute to improving operational processes, templates, and tooling as the practice scales.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new clients and squad members.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or operations within a digital agency, consultancy, or software delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams or client accounts with strong attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with resource or capacity management and operational reporting.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running sprint ceremonies.
