Sr Supervisor Demand Planning

About the role

Join Milwaukee Tool as a Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to drive world‑class manufacturing performance. You will optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
• Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long‑term manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure material availability through coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply‑chain teams.
• Monitor daily production performance and proactively address plan deviations.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and shipment coordination to support uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience with master production scheduling, material requirements planning, ERP systems, and production planning.
