Strategic Growth Init Counsel Specialist

About the role

Accenture’s Global Services Legal team is looking for a Strategic Growth Init Counsel Specialist to support the Supply Chain and Engineering business. The role will work closely with leadership in growth markets and help bring new solutions to market in a legally compliant way.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal input to strategic decisions affecting Supply Chain and Engineering, especially in growth markets.
• Assess new solutions and guide them to market with appropriate contractual, operational and technical risk mitigations.
• Conduct internal and external legal research on emerging technologies, applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop guidance, guardrails and playbooks for Sales & Delivery legal teams.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance counsel to anticipate and apply regulatory changes.
• Participate in escalations and work with Quality and Enterprise Risk Management to improve governance.
• Partner with corporate functions to evolve policies and procedures for the business.
• Assist in evaluating acquisition targets, conduct due diligence and shape transaction structures.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney with at least 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in corporate, technology or supply‑chain related legal matters.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
