Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios that help AI agents learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break down each scenario into discrete, structured tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions for every task to enable large‑language‑model based assessment at scale.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the consulting tasks are compatible with lightweight tooling and evaluation pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
