About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Leader to maximize equipment uptime, drive operational excellence and support production goals in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technical maintenance team, ensuring effective troubleshooting and rapid response to equipment downtime.
• Implement and oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Support new product introductions, model changes and production line launches.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF and MTTR.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
• Ability to make sound decisions during critical equipment downtime situations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SVISION or equivalent) for work order management.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Troubleshooting of PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs) and automated systems.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Tracking and reporting of KPIs such as OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
