Supply Chain Director

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Supply Chain Director to lead an integrated supply chain organization across two manufacturing businesses in Randolph, Ohio. The role will drive operational performance, inventory health, supplier performance and planning discipline while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Central Sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end supply chain strategy covering Procurement, Materials, Planning, Inventory and Logistics.
• Optimize inventory levels, improve working capital and ensure material availability.
• Own the S&OP / Integrated Business Planning process to align demand, supply and production.
• Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier risk and enhance cost competitiveness.
• Stabilize and continuously improve ERP‑based planning and procurement processes.
• Improve warehouse operations, logistics performance and end‑to‑end material flow.
• Establish standardized processes, governance, KPIs and operational discipline across both businesses.
• Build and develop high‑performing supply chain teams fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading Procurement, Planning, Materials, Inventory and Logistics functions.
• Hands‑on experience with S&OP, MRP, ERP systems and supply chain transformation.
• Experience managing multi‑site discrete manufacturing operations, preferably in automotive, heavy equipment or trailer industry.
