Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Kedrion Mexicana is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead importation, warehousing and logistics operations for pharmaceutical and plasma‑derived products. The role balances day‑to‑day operational involvement with strategic reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate importation of pharmaceutical/biological products, manage customs brokers, and control customs entries, permits and documentation.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including physical and system‑based inventory control, inbound/outbound transfers and returns.
• Supervise third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and track deliveries, ensuring evidence management and traceability.
• Prepare executive reports, KPIs and analytical insights for General Management and regional teams.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (NOM‑059, GMP/GDP), develop SOPs and manage change controls.
• Maintain end‑to‑end traceability, document control and cold‑chain handling for sensitive products.

Required profile

• Fluent functional English for global team interactions and presentations.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical‑device industry with a stable career track.
• Ability to lead internal staff, logistics operators and critical suppliers.
• Strong executive communication, business judgment and decision‑making under pressure.
• Availability for a permanent, office‑based role with regular presence at the warehouse.
