Talent Acquisition and Culture Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition and Culture Analyst will drive talent attraction, performance management, and culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and align people programs with business goals. You will partner with central services and business leaders to design, implement, and monitor strategic HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes and develop employer branding strategies.
• Support onboarding to ensure a positive new‑hire experience.
• Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and follow‑up.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture‑building programs.
• Analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to implement action plans that boost team performance and workplace culture.
• Track and report talent, performance, and culture metrics.
• Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect organizational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, or related HR functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or complex organizational environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English.
