About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce the solution to HR and recruiting decision‑makers, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network.
• Present Flowmingo’s free and premium features and explain how they fit into existing hiring workflows.
• Facilitate product demos and onboarding discussions for interested prospects.
• Collect and relay feedback to the product team to help improve the platform.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive a bonus when your own company adopts the solution.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of hiring‑related contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
