Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Site Escobedo

About the role

Brembo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its General Escobedo site. The role will design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, ensuring efficient, inclusive processes aligned with the company’s culture and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute talent acquisition strategies based on workforce planning.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify future hiring needs.
• Manage specialized recruitment for technical, managerial and corporate roles.
• Post job openings on digital platforms, social media and universities as an employer‑branding ambassador.
• Conduct screening, structured and competency‑based interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate on digital campaigns and job fairs.
• Promote corporate culture and values across all recruitment channels.
• Maintain a presence on LinkedIn and corporate social media.
• Manage recruitment processes through the HCM platform.
• Track and analyse talent acquisition KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and pipeline status.
• Use HR analytics and the Oracle ATS to make data‑driven decisions.
• Present regular reports to improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition strategy and employer branding.
• Advanced English (C1) for daily communication with global teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, organizational and results‑orientation skills.
• High level of empathy with a candidate‑centric approach.
