Talent Acquisition Executive – IT Recruiter

About the role

Aspire Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team as an IT Recruiter in Puebla, Mexico. This six‑month hybrid position will focus on full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles, supporting our global technology services business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with the HR manager.
• Utilise recruitment platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Promote innovative recruiting approaches and think outside the box.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Technical recruiting background preferred (experience with T24, Java.NET or similar technologies).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Team‑oriented, friendly, and approachable attitude.
