Talent Acquisition Junior Manager

Danone is seeking a Talent Acquisition Junior Manager who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities. Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior and mid‑level positions across Shared Services and Corporate Functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, proactively identifying high‑potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Global Talent teams to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Leverage recruitment tools, data, and best practices to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably iCIMS.
