Talent Acquisition Manager – Hourly Hiring

About the role

Acuity Inc. is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hourly hiring across North America. The role focuses on internal recruiting strategies, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver high‑quality hires that align with workforce plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define recruiting strategies, job requirements, and candidate selection criteria.
• Coordinate with Talent Solutions (RPO) and Talent Operations to maintain consistent, compliant talent acquisition delivery.
• Analyze talent data to recommend process improvements, optimize pipelines, and enhance hiring results.
• Oversee compliance, documentation, and audit requirements throughout the recruiting process.
• Drive TA projects such as process redesign, technology enhancements, employer branding, and diversity hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (preferred).
• 4‑6 years recent experience in hourly talent acquisition, preferably in the US and Canada.
• Experience working in large corporate or global TA functions.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
