Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Mexico and the LATAM region. You will partner with business leaders and HR teams to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycles for technical and non‑technical positions across IT, Engineering, Sales, Operations and corporate functions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Track and improve recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire and pipeline health.
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with staffing vendors, recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regional hiring regulations.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives across LATAM.
• Mentor and guide recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Support onboarding coordination and candidate engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience hiring in Mexico and LATAM markets, preferably for IT/Technology roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
