Talent Acquisition Manager – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our LATAM recruiting efforts. Based in Mexico and working fully remote, you will design and scale sourcing pipelines that deliver high‑quality remote talent for U.S. companies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage recruiting pipelines across LATAM for remote positions supporting U.S. clients.
• Develop sourcing strategies for sales, customer support, executive assistance, marketing, operations and admin roles.
• Create and maintain partnerships with agencies, universities, talent communities and referral networks throughout LATAM.
• Drive outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, social media groups, WhatsApp communities and referrals.
• Improve recruiting workflows, screening processes, candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
• Review applications, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Implement scalable recruiting systems, automation and operational improvements.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, candidate quality and interview pass rates.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing or outsourcing.
• Proven track record recruiting remote roles for U.S.‑based clients.
• Experience building pipelines and sourcing systems at scale in LATAM markets.
• Strong outbound sourcing expertise and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
