Talent Acquisition Partner I (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner I to join our team in Mexico and support hiring for our bottling facilities. In this strategic role you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them make smart hiring decisions and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with production managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle – from needs identification, sourcing and attraction to selection, offer and onboarding.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals and industry networks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday Recruiter and the Phenom People CRM.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance on interview techniques and selection criteria.
• Monitor labor‑market trends and adjust talent‑identification strategies accordingly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor‑market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑growing environment.
