Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers, driving the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent while enhancing our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for professional and specialized positions, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards and other innovative channels.
• Identify, engage and attract passive candidates through active sourcing and relationship building.
• Build partnerships with universities, student organisations and professional associations to boost early‑talent pipelines.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events and employer‑branding activities.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and seamless processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights and recommend hiring strategies.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques and inclusive hiring.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to continuously improve talent‑acquisition processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting for professional and specialised roles.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations or corporate functions.
• Experience with university relations and employer‑branding initiatives.
