Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full Cycle Recruiting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for a leading U.S. insurer. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support the company’s growth across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and passive outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure cultural fit.
• Conduct phone, behavioral, and technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Present offers, negotiate terms, and secure acceptance while maintaining candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance) and provide data‑driven insights.
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through equitable hiring practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
