Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Recruiting

About the role

JoVE is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role will drive end‑to‑end hiring across the Americas, Europe and APAC for both technical and business functions, supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted hiring strategies for sales, technical and business positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and pipeline quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating JoVE’s mission and values to candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in software or technology.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience recruiting globally, especially across Europe and APAC.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
