• Conduct interviews, talent assessments, and stakeholder debriefs.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting professional and strategic‑level talent.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
