Talent Attraction Specialist – Americas (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

Springer Nature is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to lead recruitment across the Americas, with a focus on Mexico and Latin America. Based in Mexico City and working in a hybrid model, you will partner with business leaders to design and execute talent strategies that support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across the Americas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract high‑caliber candidates in challenging markets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Springer Nature’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
