Talent Manager – Creative Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Manager will lead the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of high‑quality creative professionals to support large‑scale performance‑marketing and content‑production campaigns. Based in Mexico, you will work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, partnering closely with creative leadership to ensure the right talent is matched to the right projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source, shortlist, and interview editors, designers, strategists, and UGC creators.
• Maintain a structured, long‑term talent pipeline aligned with campaign needs.
• Collaborate with creative leaders to define hiring priorities and fill talent gaps.
• Manage end‑to‑end acquisition processes, from outreach to onboarding.
• Keep talent databases and trackers up to date using spreadsheets and sourcing tools.
• Ensure submitted creative work meets brand and campaign standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving talent benchmarks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent management, creative recruitment, or influencer partnerships.
• Proven ability to hire strong creative talent in high‑volume, fast‑moving settings.
• Excellent communication and interview skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience working with creative, marketing, or performance‑driven teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with talent sourcing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Casting Networks, and Billo.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
