About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help staff technology positions across a diverse portfolio of clients, from global giants to innovative startups. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from opening to placement.
• Screen, filter, and evaluate candidates against defined parameters.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase strengths.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other internal teams.
• Meet hiring deadlines while maintaining a high quality of talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
