About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical talent across a variety of client projects, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, from posting to offer acceptance.
• Screen and filter candidates based on defined technical criteria.
• Craft concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and meet established hiring deadlines.

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
