Technical Architect – Hospitality Projects (Latam & Caribbean)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Technical Architect to join our design team focused on boutique hospitality assets across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will translate design intent into precise, buildable documentation and ensure coordination throughout the later design phases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high‑end hospitality projects, guaranteeing buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction‑stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings, flagging risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and guide BIM modelers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of architectural design experience, especially on low‑rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Independent, analytical, proactive problem‑solver.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (parametric families, freeform and terrain modeling).
• Extensive BIM coordination experience.
• Expert use of Navisworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Rhino and Enscape is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing.
