Technical Business Analyst

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Technical Business Analyst to join its Salesforce Center of Excellence within the Project Management Office. You will work closely with Technical Project Managers, Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, refine and document requirements that drive the technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify and document project requirements, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with objectives.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, dependencies and track milestones, audit trails and critical path items.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting minutes and communications; manage project documentation and centralized repositories.
• Assist TPMs in day‑to‑day execution, provide data analysis for decision‑making and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Availability to work 100% onsite in Mexico City.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis or administrative support.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Business Analysis certification preferred.

Required skills

• Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Salesforce administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
