Technical Project Manager – AI Automation

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑adept Technical Project Manager to act as the bridge between high‑level AI strategy and day‑to‑day execution. You will own the deployment of AI‑driven automation systems for our client‑focused digital marketing agency, ensuring solutions run smoothly from onboarding through continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding sessions to capture requirements and define project scopes.
• Design, configure and manage complex AI workflows using GoHighLevel and n8n.
• Perform hands‑on adjustments, including prompt engineering and logic updates.
• Utilise large‑language‑model tools such as OpenAI and Claude to craft prompts and build simple automation strings.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client feedback, troubleshoot technical issues and prioritise bug fixes.
• Collaborate with the AI Engineering team on more advanced implementations.
• Manage timelines, expectations and deliverables to ensure high ROI for clients.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage full project lifecycles from onboarding to optimisation.
• Technical aptitude to understand and adjust AI‑driven systems.
