Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead customer‑facing and internal projects for Tillster. Based in Mexico City, you will act as the primary liaison between Tillster and large restaurant and hospitality brands, ensuring delivery that meets scope, schedule and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Operations and Customer Success—to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Track risks, dependencies and action items, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and adapting plans as requirements evolve.
• Prepare and present status reports, executive summaries, risk assessments and project reviews to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead customer‑facing meetings, presentations and executive updates with clarity and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, customer‑focused projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and build trust with multinational organizations.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach with a focus on delivering results that impact revenue and reputation.
• Ability to switch contexts quickly and make decisive decisions.
