Technical Recruiter (Remote, Independent Contractor)

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join its fast‑moving team on a remote, independent‑contractor basis. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and placing top‑tier engineering, IT infrastructure and SAP talent for high‑growth companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality candidate pipeline using advanced sourcing, networking and headhunting techniques.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define specialised technical profiles.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to evaluate hard skills and cultural fit.
• Represent Huzzle’s brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks within IT, software engineering and SAP sectors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience (senior) or 3+ years (mid‑level).
• Proven success hiring across software engineering, IT infrastructure or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks and engineering role nuances.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and unconventional sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of SAP ecosystems.
