About the role
The Technical Services Manager ensures that all technical installations at the resort operate safely and efficiently, supporting both guests and staff. This role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and continuous improvement of the resort’s assets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of equipment, materials, and infrastructure serving 300‑1500 people.
- Lead a team of approximately 20 technicians and subcontractors, ensuring safety and performance.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, proposing technical upgrades when needed.
- Evaluate maintenance costs and manage validation and qualification procedures for all equipment.
- Monitor technology to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the department budget and drive economic results.
- Maintain relationships with authorities, owners, and safety commissions.
- Motivate and develop the team around defined objectives.

- Meticulous, with a strong eye for detail.
- Helpful and reliable, consistently finding solutions for guests and colleagues.
